Fern Floral Studio Established in 2021
Under creative direction by Mia, Fern Floral Studio focus’ on creating organic yet refined designs. With each bouquet, vase arrangement and installation, our designers work to incorporate movement and balance in a way that looks effortless, inspired by the way flowers would grow naturally in the garden. An important part of our design process is editing all our designs and placing every stem with intentionality to create sculptural pieces of floral art.

Hi! I’m Mia, nice to meet you!
I’ve always been creative and I’ve always loved being outdoors. Floral Design perfectly combines my passion for art and design, working with my hands, and transforming a space. One of my favorite things about what I do is that each event is unique - an opportunity to do something different and create custom works of art for my clients.
I spent a year in art school in Brooklyn, NY, studying fine arts and one of my biggest takeaways was appreciating all the nuance's of color theory. In my floral work, I take a lot of pride in color blending as well as working with unique color pallets.
As a former Interior Designer, I have a penchant for all things vintage and love collecting one of a kind home decor pieces. Creating a cohesive look for each of our events is always a priority. Part of what we do is curate a unique aesthetic for your event by considering the smallest details like what type of vase to use or the perfect shade of taper candle.
I started Fern Floral Studio in 2021 when my husband and I moved to Colorado. In 2024 we returned to our home state, Massachusetts, and I can’t wait to grow my business here.
